Ingredients:
Fish oils*, capsule shell (fish gelatin, glycerin, color (copper complexes of chlorophyllins)), cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, thickener (beeswax), cocoa powder, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), olive extract (Olea europaea), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Recommended intake:
1 softgel capsule per approximately 30 kg of body weight. Adjust the dose according to body weight. Adults weighing 50–60 kg: 2 softgel capsules daily. Adults weighing 80–90 kg: 3 softgel capsules daily. Maximum of 5 softgel capsules per day.
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
