Recommended intake:
Mix 12 g of powder (2 scoops) with 200 ml of water in a shaker bottle or blend it into a ready-to-drink product of your choice, such as a LeanShake or fruit smoothie. The recommended dose is 2 scoops per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Water: When taking fiber supplements, it is strongly recommended to drink extra fluids daily. Water prevents digestive problems, such as constipation.
